What are workspaces?
Workspaces are separate environments within your CurrentClient organization that help you organize teams, departments, or different business units. Each workspace has its own phone numbers, conversations, and settings - perfect for keeping things organized while maintaining centralized billing and administration. You need to be an admin in your CurrentClient account to add workspaces. If
you don’t see these options, reach out to your organization admin for help.

- Phone numbers: Each workspace can have its own phone numbers that are managed independently.
- Users: Team members can belong to only one workspace right now.
- Settings: Each workspace maintains its own settings for features like call recording, voicemail, and business hours
